[amayausers] Floppy disk

Just got a floppy disk from a new customer and a big
order.BUT, the floppy says it is completely full, file
system RAW. Have any of you had experience with this
file system? The computer wants to format the disk,
says it isn't formatted. How do I get this embroidery
file off the disk and converted to .exp?
