You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the software. That will at least
rule out driver or software corruption.
When you turn the machine on, does it go through it's usual start up movements
and noises? Estop is not depressed, machine is not in sleep mode. Network
cable plugged in secure to bot machine and computer... Dongle attached.
