I just got the order for our local beauty pageant...and they did not want
embroidery...instead I'll be doing heat seal for everything.
To embroider on the sash, you are going to need a good 'stiff' backing
(tearaway) and probably have to shut off auto material thickness...experiment
with some scrap until you find the right setting to avoid the puckering.
You might also have to plan on ironing/steaming if possible after you are done
to flatten it down.
