I am using design shop version 9 and was losing my design while editing. If I
loaded it onto a machine, it was there, but I couldn't see all the elements in
design shop. I was told by a Melco tech that I needed an update to my video
driver. Don't know if this is at all related, but thought I'd throw it out
there. I have not yet updated my video driver as I just received this info. so
I can not tell you if this solved the problem I am having. Hope you get an
answer that helps, good luck!
