[amayausers] Cuff Placement

I have an old Meistergram book (since 1988) the recommended placement for
cuffs of dress shirts is on the left cuff 1 inch towards button hole (from
center) and 1/4 inch above top stitching at edge for men and 3/4 inch
towardsbutton hole (from center) and 1/4 inch above top stitching at edge
forwomen.
Most people don't know where it is supposed to go - so if you've done the
right in the past because they did not tell you where, then they didn't know
and will not care.
