You will need oodles and boodles of circular noodles ($$$$$) to get there.
Honda USA thought I was nothing more than a fly in the ointment. Most of these
folks already have an established relationship and do not actively cultivate
new ones.
BUT, it cannot hurt to contact GM and see what they say.
