Exit OS, turn your machines off. Go in to your Program Files, Melco Embroidery Systems, Amaya, Jobs, Cluster #. Delete the files. Open OS, make sure the check box is checked for getting the colors from the design. Turn on your machine. There should be no jobs loaded. Load your design. You should be back in business. Are you talking about the software automatically choosing the color sequence for you or are you are you talking about the colors that you see on the screen in Amaya OS are just not the correct colors for the design? This could be related to how you have your settings in software or possibly due to the format of the design you are sending to the machine. Ed -------------- Original message from Griffin William <wag@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>: -------------- _ When I send the design to the Amaya, it is no longer automatically putting the right colors on the machine. That is, whatever needles were used in the previous design, Amaya is leaving those same colors in the new design. What do I need to do to get it to correctly assign needles again?
