Cindy,
The best way is to call Melco Tech Support. They can walk you through the
procedure. They have helped me do this a couple of times.
Or, look in the Technical manual which is on the CD that came with your
machine. Look under Needle Case Calibration. I think that you actually move the
position of the needles in relation to the presser foot.
