Hi Jo!
Not sure if the panel is satin as I haven't gotten it from the funeral home
yet but I have been told it will be either satin or a velour I believe.
We decided what is going on it but just needed some help on the other stuff
like backing, needles, hooping etc..which I was able to get that information
from another group I belong to...
