Good day to all. I read the postings on the needle break issue that someone was
having and I have to offer a warning about sewing KC caps. Do not purchase
these caps for this exact reason. I have sewn a tremendous number of caps but
never have I broke over 12 needles, 75/11 and 80/12 sharps on 8 caps before.
The way the center seam is constructed is terrible. I have never had this much
trouble with caps before. It did not matter what I tried, even changing the way
the design sewed out did not help.
So embroiderer beware.
