Ok talked to Gary at Melco, here is what he said.
If you are a company doing repeat business, the temporary files can get corrupt.
Go to Program Files/Melco Embroidery Systems/Amaya in that folder delete files:
JOBS and MACHINES.
Did this and still an issue...
