No matter what you do unless you have the right bobbin tension the
thread will peek through. Have you tried cleaning under the leaf spring
of the bobbin case and re-adjusting the tension?

I almost always run on acti-feed Auto. I did tighten the bobbin tension
but still get that nasty bobbin thread peeping through. I am doing golf
shirts, 50/50.
Should I go to standard acti-feed?
