Port Authority is Sanmar's 'house' brand-you cannot buy it anywhere else.
Last time I checked-they DISCOUNT for web orders, the fee is per invoice or
something-just to make a buck packing your order.
I do get my case pricing over the phone or on the web-if you aren't, call their
customer service and get your account straightened out!
Free freight is for over $200 combined, except 'sale items' and white teeshirts.
