Hi All,

I'm looking for advice on sewing a beanie cap. A customer wants only 1 beanie
cap and I gave a low price thinking there would be a larger order. I will
order 2 beanie caps in case of serious error in the first. However to limit
the chance of error, beside increasing the material thickness, how do you
hoop/sew a beanie? Given the spongieness of the material, should I hoop at a
nominal tightness, or "stretch" the material in the hoop?
Thanks,
