It has never (knock on wood) had a service call for anything (unlike my XT-AKA problem child), never been down (again unlike the XT) and has been 100% dependable. Although, since purchasing the XT, my cap driver for the original collects dust! The XT, in my opinion, in far superior for running caps! Reason number two...this is my full-time job. I cannot afford to have a machine go down and nopt be able to get it fixed.
