If you have a regular tech- get him or her on the phone get them to talk you
through this they should be able to. The first 2 things you need to do are get
the machine on a needle not between & get it at head-up. Turn it off (I'd use
the e-stop) and rotate the shaft counter-clockwise till it looks to be at about
head up, & then see if you can manually push the needle case to get it on a
specific needle (it will take some umph).
