Janel, That's right, it's about the clusters. Thanks. Ed Ed & Maralien Orantes E.M. Flex + allows up to 30 AMAYA heads per cluster, and up to 30 clusters per dongle. A different design can be sent to each head configured with an AMAYA Flex + dongle. We do know we were given the "Flex" Amaya OS (when we purchased the upgrade). It does say Flex and we can get both machines to show, etc. My question is, is there a difference in the "Flex" and "Flex Plus" upgrade? We purchased Flex Plus (+). However, when we attempt some of the things the manual tells and shows us to do--with photos, we are not getting the options we are supposed to see. We should be able to go (in OS) to TOOLS / OPTIONS / PREFERENCES / ADVANCED MODE but we can go as far as TOOLS/OPTIONS/PREFERENCES and where ADVANCED MODE "should appear" (at the bottom under OPERATOR LOGIN), there is absolutely nothing--no options whatsoever (not even grayed out options). Photos in the manual show us differently. The results being, we cannot separate the two machines to sew separate designs from the software. Of course, Rod is out of state so I get to play with this--however, he was here and couldn't get it to work either. I'm sure Melco will have some answers tomorrow if nothing else surfaces tonight! Thanks again. Sharon ----- Original Message ----- From: "E.
