I had a feeling they were the same company. I prefer Alpha and Bodek as my
primary suppliers. (Mainly because UPS ground is next day.) Broder won't do
anything for me so I don't use them.

You didn't know? Alpha is owned by Broder, who also owns
NES (New England Sportswear) but they maintain separate
company files-so unless you really can convince them, you will not
get the same deals from each.
They also dropped some lines from each company to avoid some of the
overlap in inventory.
For many years Alpha ALSO had their own embrodiery and screenprinting
house! Competing with their OWN customers!
Once that was exposed it cost them a lot of accounts...but I've heard
they shut
it down or at least got rid of it somehome. Just not fair to compete
with your
own supplier for the same jobs!
