LuAnn,

I do this all the time with letterman's jackets. Open your first design, now
from file you can insert another design. You will want to be careful as if
you're having one design overlap the other you'll want the bottom design listed
 first in the project tree. Moving later can get the thread colors mixed up;
if there aren't too many changes you can just fix it but if there are a lot,
it pays to insert at the right spot. If the inserted design is to be the top
design, before I insert, I choose the name of the first design (elements
collapsed) to select it, then click on some part of the non-selected part in
the
design window--this will change the blue highlight on the design name to
gray, then go to File-Insert. Your design will go second in the project tree
and
automatically put in a color change from the first design.

Hope this is clear; if not give me a call.

Everyone,
Can someone please tell me how you can take 2 different designs from lets
say, Dakota Collections and put them on the same blank page on design shop,
then add lettering to make a new design???

I am having a brain fade week!!

Thanks!
