Dr Luc Montagnier is a hero and one of the most eminent scientists today
but his statement of medical crime has no more value than mine or a drunk
in a beer parlour before the justice/law system.
So YOU gave it value in the eyes of the law when you put that statement on
the PERMANENT record at local PD. YOU turned it into "legal currency" with
value in that system.
Every affidavit, every police report, every word in a court of law IS legal
currency. You might even call it legal tender. Take the notes from a plea
bargain deal between lawyers, Those notes as legal tender even have
exchange value with dollars and cents legal tender. That is what the mutual
blackmailing of "sealed indictments" means as Judge Napolitano referred to
it on Fox. In effect it was plea bargaining to a standoff.
Obviously some of these notes in legal currency have more value than others.*
A bundle of police complaints of medical murder like yours has a LOT of
cumulative value.*

Notary as required such as
