starts at 6:30 and typically goes until 8. If we can meet at 5:30 or meet at
8 then I can join in for the whole meeting. Otherwise another day such as

From what I remember of the last festival, there is lots of noise and so it
might be better to have most of the songs be fairly quick with lyrics which
tend toward either the familiar or simple (Jada, Iko, etc).

Making decisions via an email thread - well, it just seems cumbersome to me.
