My thoughts re membership: I see more arguments for expanding it than for
keeping it closed. We already have the AHCEN meeting for closed discussions.
I think this list will be more questions about what LMS's people are using,
whether anyone has info on "x" topic etc
This could be a good support place for the broader AH education community, and
emerging educators
I also think having an "educator" community where people who are new to
education can get info and support can only be good for our reputation as AH
clinical educators. As you said, some of the 3s feel a bit isolated in their
roles.
So I think (at the moment without hearing your opinions) that we should invite
the members of AHCEN and the 3s group, and then anyone else who hears about it
and wants to join is welcome.

Test successful Tameeka.
This list serve is more simple that sending an email to the broader group -
finding the correct dl, or ensuring that all the members are on the email list.
Couple of qu's - it appears that each email comes when it comes, rather than a
daily digest. Would this be a manual process that one of us would need to do?
Qu2. How is membership manager - anyone who wants to can join up or un-join?
Just wondering if this listserve would be better for the AHCEN group, or a
larger 'allied health' educator group?
