Chris,
The people we have connected with are on this list serve. I think someone
mentioned that the whole list of investors is on the receivership website.
Best regards,
Eva

Dear Robert and Eva Johnson,
You have been out front on this for some time. Thank you. Do you have a
list of names of all investors that you used to initiate the gathering with
Roy Thompson?
Thanks again. How each of us found American Equities, dates, investments,
conversations and emails saved -- that can be stored somewhere safe but
perhaps shared as well -- would be welcomed.
Thanks again,

Dear fellow investors,
Instead of waiting for the Thompson & Bográn meeting summary and request
for funds letter, we are choosing to go ahead and get the ball rolling. On
Monday, Eva and Rob will send a check for $5000 to Thompson & Bográn with
“AEM Retainer Fund” written in the memo line. While we understand that this
is less than the 5% we think all should contribute, it is what was
mentioned at the meeting and what we agreed to. We know that if less than
100 people participate, we may need to add to this fund. If 5% of your
investment is less than $5000, then we suggest that you contribute your 5%.
100 people at $5000= $500,000. As per Mr. Thompson, this is more than
enough to get a big firm like Garvey, Schubert Barer (Gary Grenley) or
McGaughey Erickson (Robert McGaughey) interested in taking on this case.
