Good evening fellow investors,
One of the many benefits of our email list is that it allows us to communicate
our common concerns and shared frustrations in our joint financial debacle. It
also should allow us to unite into a very positive force. The legal system is a
methodical process that will require patience and determination.
Remember, court decisions may be made for our advantage and for our
disadvantage. But not every decision is final, there are appeals and a variety
of legal options are often available. As we get into the trenches of this
process, take heart, stay strong and determined. Don’t let set backs alarm us
to distraction. My wife & I are in this for the long haul. We are very
determined to see this through.
We do not fully know what AEM actually has on its books. Everyone is estimating
about estimates. But AEM is only part of our target. All of AEM’s principle
players and employees are also going to pursued. Plus, any firm or person who
participated with or did business with AEM like: accountants, attorneys, banks
and bankers, appraisers, title companies and their employees will be closely
pursued.
Lastly, we must be sure to watch our expenses and set limits on what is spent
to find legitimate assets and sources of assets. If assets are there, we should
pursue them. At some point, we will reach a budget limit. What and when that
should can be determined as we know more information.
While we are disappointed and discouraged to be in this situation, the good
news is that each day that goes by, I am pleased to meet and get to know some
very fine, good and honorable people. God bless you all. For that my fellow
investors is what life is all about: other people and the relationships we have
with others.
