I could be wrong. The corporate record for the LLCs uses Hamstreet’s address.
That could be a result of the receivership, but if so, I would think that the
LLC status should not be “Active”. It is hard to say because there is no change
timestamp (that I can see) on the corporate record.
But I would not be surprised to learn of a long-standing prior association
given what we have seen so far from Miller Nash, kicking off a receivership
essentially in the dead of night, ex parte, when 200+ people were affected, and
having to file an extension of deadline to make public notification.
