[adtools] quick note ony the ChangeLog file..

Hello guy,
just a quick note as I saw that Gunther did some checkins to the CVS repository
without modifying the toplevel "releasenotes" file (probably due to the
uncommon name of that file).
I renamed it to "ChangeLog" now as it is common with GPL projects. So please
always update that file on each cvs checkin you are doing, no matter how
small that checkin is!
So Gunther, it would be great if you could update the ChangeLog file with
comments about your latest modifications to the gcc source code.
