On the new "allura" system of sf.net you don't need "adminrepo" anymore to 
access the repository. As soon as you login via the shell service you can 
access the repository via /home/svn/p/<projectname> and that's it. Also in my 
experience the repository indeed behaves a bit faster which may be due to the 
fact that the allura system is hosted on different servers AFAIK. Also rsync 
backups should still be possible as usual (which I will do before performing 
the upgrade).
