Hi, If you press control+shift+r (the command for reply to all), all of the names will be added to your address book even if you then cancel the command and do not send a reply to all. I was one of the recipiants along with "Bob" and I now want to get "Bob" into my address book so I can send a message to "Bob". So how do I take the name appearing in the email to me and "Bob" and others and get "Bob" into my address book? John John de Benedetti Ph. It's Ayaka Isono of Adaptive Technology Services. Are you using either Outlook Express or Outlook for your Email program? If so, it's is common that you don't see the person's Email address. However, the program recognizes the Email address for the recipient. If you need to send a message to the person, in this case "Bob", as soon as you start typing 'bob", the program will put the name for you once it's in the Address Book. After that, all you need to do is just type Subject and message, and send it. The person's name shows up as one of the people who the email was sent to but their email address does not appear. Meaning, Bob Jones shows as one of the recipiants but it doesn't show Bob Jones email address. Any thoughts? John John de Benedetti Ph. (415) 307-7774 email. debenedetti@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
