Hey Tom, I saw your note about the January startup in the small ensemble
concert email. However, cynical as I am, I have a feeling that a lot of people
will totally ignore that email because they're not playing in/planning to
attend those concerts. Should we consider sending the January information again
as a separate email, maybe in a day or two? I would really like
accurate-as-possible counts for copying purposes.
