Hey hey! Asking them about the other insurance question bumped them to
finally produce this quote! If I recall it's about $400 more expensive than
our last policy. Do we accept it or do we need another quote from a
different company?

Ellen, this policy holds the required coverage that the high school would
need, our normal policy does not have that coverage:

"Please note your current policy does not include Sexual Abuse &
Molestation. This coverage can be found in the D&O policy that Debra Martin
has quoted for you."

(I had to make a drive link for this doc because it's too big for the

It’s our pleasure to present your Directors & Officers and Employment
Practices Liability insurance proposal.



The first year policy premium is $1,113.00.  This is a three-year policy
2022 thru 2025 billed $1,113.00 annually.



This policy includes both Third Party Sexual Harassment (included in $1m
limit) and Image Restoration and Counseling from Sexual Harassment/Abuse
per Claim $50,000.



*The attached proposal is subject to the following prior to binding:*



1.          *Written request to bind (email) coverage along with the future
effective date desired *

2.          *Payment –Designated Selection of payment option (see separate
Payment Options attachment (Full pay, Monthly, Quarterly)*



Once I receive your request to bind coverage along with your desired direct
payment option, I will request the policy be issued.  Your certificate will
be updated and distributed once a policy number is available.



It is very important that you review the terms and conditions of this
proposal carefully, and let me know as soon as possible if you have any
