Good Afternoon,

I have us tentatively reserved for either October 29 or October 30.

I need some input… is there a day that is better for ACWE?  Is there any reason 
that I should not go through the process of reserving this space?

The Austin Civic Wind Ensemble board has begun discussing planning for our 
Spring concert season.  Would the Boyd Vance Theatre be available for rent for 
either Saturday or Sunday of the weekend of May 14 to May 15, 2022, or May 21
