Hi Board,
I talked to Dick Frazier about our rent going forward. We will be paying a
discounted rate for now through the 4th of July, and likely for the Fall,
with the understanding that we will pay at the "Church Member" fee level
($30/hr) in the future. Our rent through the 4th will be $800 (instead of
the $1600 it would have been March thru July).
The details are for three hours each Tuesday, 6:30-9:30, so ACWE sponsored
small ensembles are covered within that time frame. We'll enter into this
agreement with the understanding that ACWE is to provide musicians when
CUMC needs them, the first occasion for which will be Easter Brass.
Robert, Dick said there is room at the church on Saturday afternoons for
your quintet. He asked that you please book via this form

website, and he would be in touch to discuss a similar arrangement for you.
I am to write these details up in an email to him and then he will send us
an invoice for the $800.
