Below is the text for the email I have written up. Let me know if anything

Hello Band!
I hope you're all well. This is a long email from your friend Tom, a rare
treat! I hope you enjoy it.
As you have probably heard, the City of Austin has prohibited any organized
indoor gathering of more than 10 people in an effort to slow the spread of
COVID-19. This order is in effect through May 1st.
The Board has outlined a (loose) plan for ACWE, which we hope will carry us
through the next several months successfully.
-If it is advisable, and if we are allowed to, ACWE would begin rehearsals
again on May 5th.
-We would likely try to shift our May concerts to new concert dates in
either of the last two weekends of June. This concert will include a
portion of this season's music and perhaps some music we would normally
play for the 4th of July.
-4th of July Concert TBD
-The band *could* then continue rehearsing without a standard summer break.
We are getting quite a break now, and this would allow ACWE to prepare more
thoroughly for TCMF in August. We will send out a form to assess member
willingness and availability to forego the normal summer break.
-Play for TCMF on August 22nd with a mixture of 4th of July music and a
piece or two that we will be preparing for the Fall season.
This plan depends on several things:
-The longevity and severity of the current COVID-19 era
-Orders from the City of Austin
-The decision of CUMC to allow community activities in their building
We hope to be able to firm up portions of this plan as we get more
information over the next several weeks. We will keep you posted!
In the meantime, you'll be hearing from Robert about what you can practice
at home, and other ways to fulfill your musical needs.
Please let me or other Board members know is you have any needs or
questions.
