Hello All,
The concert tonight at Westminster will be played indoors in Harris Bell
Hall, which is our standard concert location. There will be someone
checking temperatures before we enter through the parking garage elevator
as we normally would. Masks must be worn at all times unless we are in our
seats to play.

For those people who have been playing with the Fourth of July band, the
list of concerts below echoes what Karina announced Tuesday night. I know a
few people asked to have it emailed, so I'm forwarding it to the whole

For those who aren't playing on the fourth, you are welcome to attend any
of the first three concerts listed to support your fellow ACWEgians. The
Westminster concert is, as usual, for residents only, but everything else
is open to the public.

*still working on exactly where we will be performing
*July 4th, Milwood Balcones park at 10am CT 9:15am*
*Milwood will be doing their normal parade but instead of the big picnic,
just sweet treats and a snow cone truck afterwards. Meg is still
anticipating a good number of people but maybe not as long.
*July 4th, Sunfield neighborhood at 7:30pm CT:645pm*
*this will be our first time here so hopefully we make a good impression
to have them pay us next year? The HOA will be pushing our publicity to the
neighborhood and so will I. It is a pretty great community and great
exposure. We will be out on a small lawn. I am not sure about chairs yet so
we may need to figure that part out. I will get an official answer soon on
that. Fireworks at 9:15pm.

* this will be in the courtyard. I need to get a chair count for her as
