My email has been playing up today and kicking me out of the account
mid-message, so apologies for the late notice. Just to confirm, we won't be
having a call today as Dan is away until Wednesday. We'll resume Monday 10 Sept.
Just wondering if one of you can attend our event in Birmingham on the 18th?
Also an update from the Charity Commission: The man dealing with it, John
Lewis, hasn't yet reviewed our letter of 27 July. They wouldn't give me a
timeframe. However, we are now free to rotate Board members as long as we
inform them of the changes. It's probably best to make the changes first with
Companies House and then refer the Charity Commission to the updated list of
directors on the Companies House website.
