Hi Dan
Hope you’ve had a good summer. Just the usual formalities to attend to
regarding the 2017 accounts ….
The accounts show a more or less break even position for 2017 but the balance
sheet continues to show negative reserves largely due to the £15,000 provision
that continues to be carried in respect of Fiona.
Please find attached the following documents:
* (Reduced) Companies House Accounts , please sign and date the page
numbered 3 and scan that page only back to me
* (Full) Accounts, please sign and date the pages numbered 3 and 6 and scan
those pages only back to me
* Company tax return (CT600), please sign alongside you name and date page
11 and also the authorisation on page 12 and scan those pages only back to me.
There is no tax to pay.
If you could get the approvals back to me before the end of the month to meet
the Companies House deadline.
