This ruling is about a year old. Not recent at all. Since that time, a
couple of things have transpired....
1. The HSUS VP for Kentucky is rumored to be working on another version.
2. At least one civil suit has been filed under 42 USC 1983 for denial
of civil rights by a family who lost their dog(s).
3. The Director of Animal Control has left...as I recall under less than
auspicious circumstances.
