After the last vote, the Chair declared that the bill had lost but the
sponsor requested "reconsideration." This was granted which means the
bill could come up again Friday, Monday, or Tuesday. Tuesday is the last
day it can be considered per the California constitution.
Note that the "Not voting" is declining but that those votes broke 3-2
in favor of SB250. With the move to reconsider giving 3 legislative days
plus the week-end, the vote could change dramatically.
The advice....keep up the pressure.
