Please ask your friend to check the compatibility of the jaws with the
operational software of that particular call centre. In most of the cases
jaws does not support the software which is being used there.
If it is jaws friendly then your pal will not have any problem.
If proper scripting is done jaws will certainly give good results, but the
call centre people are reluctant to give access to their operating software.

hi all in this days my friend looking for a job in call center. but he gon for interviews ich and every time they ask him 1 how u b abel to read the screen? 2 does jaws support to r software? 3 useing software like jaws is against the law of UK and USa
