The office bearers and the members of National Federation of the Blind, India
and National Federation of the Blind, Tamil Nadu, jointly invite you to grace
the occasion of the launching of the Self-employment Loan Scheme to be held at
the Raja Annamalai Mandram at 3 p.m. on
Monday 14-11-05. Shri santosh Kumar Rungta, advocate (General secretary,
National Federation of the Blind) will preside over the function. While thiru.
O. Panneerselvam, Honourable Minister for Public Works, Prohibition, Excise and
Revenue, Government of Tamilnadu Has kindly consented to be the chief guest
of the function.
Thirumati. Vijayalakshmi Palanisamy, Honourable Minister for social Welfare and
Nutritious Noon Meals has consented to disburse the Self-employment Loan
to the members.
Guest of Honour Thiru. V. Jayaraman, Honourable Minister for Food and
Co-operation, Government of Tamil Nadu.
Dr. N. Vijayabaskar, M.L.A. Puddukottai constituency will distribute the
Braille books.
