Hi Winona.

If the card is a physical card such as those bought from a retail store then no, you will have to have sighted assistance to redeem the card. You can redeem it in in several ways, either from ITunes on your computer or probably quicker your device. The redeem button can be found at the bottom of the screen on the featured tab of the app or music stores.
