Hi Jessica.
Run Apple Software Update, that will download the latest version of ITunes
for you, it should have been installed when ITunes was initially and you can
get to it from the start menu.

Hi. When I upgrade my devices to iOS 7, the version of iTunes I
have will no longer work for my devices. Since it is hard for
blind people to use the apple iTunes download site, how do you
people update your iTunes? I had a friend who is very good with
computers try to help me and even he could not figure it out so a
computer newby like me definitely can not figure it out. Thank
you.
