See if you can downgrade to iOS 6.0.1 or 6.1.2 I think between those releases
you can do an unteathered jail break and as for iOS 4 and 5 it will be very
hard for you to get those to run on your phone because apple has stopped
signing those packages so not even redsnow will support them.
