accessible-iOS Re: Past purchased ringtones

Hi.
I'm not sure you could do this without using a computer.
I would assume you goto tones in the iTunes application, and that
there would be a link in there to download the tones.
If not, perhaps in the purchases section.
Forgive me moderators, this is not totally IOS related.
I have never purchased a ring tone which sounds silly, but I assume it
works similar to any other thing you purchase in the iTunes store.
I also assume you would have to insure you sink the tones from the
computer to the iPhone.
