accessible-iOS MP3 audiobook player

Is there an iOS app that works well for playing mp3 audiobooks? It 
should be able to:

1) import the mp3 files that comprise the books from the network or 
through something like Dropbox.
2) play all the files in the book's folder contiguously (without 
stopping between files).
3) remember your place in the book (resume).
4) easily skip back a few seconds, preferably using a gesture so a 
button does not need to be located.
5) be accessible using Voiceover.

Additional desirable features would include bookmarks and resume for 
multiple books.

If there is such an app, please provide the name with enough 
distinction to be able to locate it in the app store. Also, if 
possible, tell something about how it works, especially with respect 
to importing the books.
