[accessible-android] Pairing a BlueTooth Device

Is there anyway to extend the time the pairing request displays?
I have a keyboard I wish to pair but when I hear the code anounced the
phone goes out of that screen before I have chance to enter the code on
the keys.
Can this pairing display time be extended?
Any assistance please.
