Hello everyone,

I had an update this morning on my Samsung Galaxy S4 from Sprint through the 
Play Store.  It's the Samsung link all share play application.  I've 
consistently gotten a "packager is invalid" error message when I tap on the 
update button.  I googled this and found some methods listed online to fix 
this.  Has anyone experienced this or had any success with trying to resolve 
this?  Do I indeed need to do a factory reset on my device?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Sprint running the commercial software on it 
4.2.2, no rooting or any other modifications.
