Multi-Printing Sometimes you just want to print out a whole bunch of files all at once. The first set of directions is for using a mouse. The send set is for use via a keyboard and screenreader. In these examples, you will learn how to print several files at once in Microsoft Word. *I. Using a Mouse: 1. , go to the location of the files you want to print. 2. Select all of the files that you want to print. You can do this by opening up the folder where the files are and then left clicking and dragging a box around all the files. 3. Once the files have been selected, right click and Select "Print" from the menu that appears. 5. MS Word will automatically open each file and rather rapidly print them. *II. Using A Keyboard and Screenreader: It should be noted, using the keystrokes below will work with or without a screenreader. Usually one using a keyboard is probably using some screenreader to access the screen but not always. 1. Move to where the files to print are located. 2. Locate the first file for printing. 3. If the files are one after another (continuous), a. Arrow down the first file for printing. b. Hold down one of the control keys. c. Arrow down until you have selected all files for printing. 4. If the files are not continuous (not right after each other), a. Arrow down to the first file. b. Hold down one of the control keys. As you arrow away from this file, it stays selected. But all others as you pass will not be selected unless pressing the space bar. c. Now while holding down a control key, arrow down to the second file for printing and tab the space bar once. You should hear "selected." d. Continue arrowing down to each file for printing. Then tap the space bar on those you wish to select. 5.
