[accesscomp] Sound when accessing a link silent

Hello all,
I am using JFW10 and Windows XP pro on my desktop. When going to the web, I no
longer hear the "click" sound when I go to a link. How do I get that back? I
know I should know how to do this, but have forgotten. Thanks.
