[accesscomp] Seeking help with NVDA screenreader

I've decided to give NVDA a go, so I downloaded the installer.
Now, before I get started, I'd like those of you experienced with this
particular screenreader to comment on the following:
1. Is there a mailing list for NVDA users?
2. What are the best sources for written documentation on the program?
3. other than written documentation are there podcasts or audio
tutorials that may be worth checking out?
Feel free to offer any suggestions that come to mind.
